FAQ of Bioleader's Eco-friendly Disposable Tableware

Ensure safety with products that are free of PFAS and BPA

Health comes first. Safety is further guaranteed when you’ve got our trays with lids that don’t have PFAS and BPA in them, two neatly packed chemicals that bring peace to the consumer as they do not have any synthetic materials that pose health risks. So, you know that our products are safe and clean when it comes to packaging and using them.

The Production Process: Paper Pulp Molding As Advantageous For Rigid Structures

The compostable fiber bowls we manufacture are done so through the sugarcane pulp process. This entails placing sugarcane pulp in certain molds before being subjected to vast amounts of pressure. The end product is highly durable and has the ability to retain its shape even when subjected to sauces and greases.

PFAS-Free and BPA-Free

We prioritize safety by ensuring our molded pulp trays are PFAS-free and BPA-free , PLA cups. Unlike many traditional food packaging materials that contain harmful chemicals, our trays offer peace of mind and meet rigorous health and safety standards. This makes them a safer option for direct food contact.

Key Material Properties: What Engineers Need to Know

From a design and engineering perspective, several properties of PLA are particularly important: Thermal behavior: Standard PLA has a glass transition temperature (Tg) in the range of about 55–65 °C, above which it becomes rubbery and begins to soften. Its melting temperature typically falls between 150–180 °C depending on grade and crystallinity. Heat-resistant PLA formulations, especially those using stereocomplexing of PLLA and PDLA, can withstand significantly higher temperatures under controlled conditions , PLA cups. Mechanical profile: PLA is relatively stiff with a modulus comparable to polystyrene or PET , PLA cups.

Step 3. Pelletizing

The resin is dried and cut into small transparent pellets, which serve as the raw material for all PLA products.
