2. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to purchases made via our website and covers physical goods supplied by us. It is applicable to international sales unless a specific alternative arrangement is documented. Unless otherwise stated, digital products, services and customised/personalised items are excluded.
3. Return eligibility and time-frame
You may request a return within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
To be eligible for return, the items must be:
unused, unopened, and in the same condition as delivered;
packaged in original packaging, with any tags or labels still in place;
accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice).
Returns initiated after the 7-day window may be refused or accepted only at our discretion (for example via exchange or credit).
4. Items not eligible for return
Certain items are exempt from being returned or refunded, including:
Perishable goods (e.g., food items) or consumables;
Custom-made or personalised products;
Items which by their nature cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons;
Sale or clearance items sold “as-is” unless otherwise stated.
5. Return process
To initiate a return:
Contact us at [email protected] with your order number, purchase date, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return.
Our customer-service team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and the return address.
You must ship the item(s) back within 14 days of RMA approval, at your expense (unless the return is due to our error or a defect). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
6. Refunds and exchanges
If approved, you will be refunded in full (excluding initial shipping and return shipping, unless otherwise agreed) via the original payment method within 14 business days of our approval.
If you selected “Remember me” or favourable exchange terms, you may optionally choose a product exchange of equivalent value instead of a refund.
If items are returned in a condition not eligible (used, damaged, missing parts), we may grant a partial refund or reject the return entirely.
7. Return shipping costs
Unless the return is for defective or incorrect goods on our part, you (the customer) are responsible for return shipping and any import/customs duties. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
8. International returns
International customers should note that customs, duties, and transit times may apply. Returned items must comply with applicable export/import regulations. Any additional costs or delays are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Brand-new items and restocking
Where applicable, returned items should be in resalable condition. We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee (up to [X %]) if items are returned without original packaging or show signs of use.
10. Wrongful or fraudulent returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns arising from abuse, fraudulent claims or returns outside the stated conditions and timeframe. In such cases, the item will be returned to you at your cost.
