Biodegradable Plastic Lunch Boxes Bulk Wholesale Solutions

Bioleader® supplies biodegradable plastic lunch boxes in bulk for caterers, meal-prep operators, distributors and foodservice buyers. Build the order around the meal’s components, portion sizes and service volume, then compare a divided clamshell with a tray and separate lid. A lunch box is a serving layout as well as a container: total millilitres alone will not show whether rice, protein, vegetables and extras fit the planned meal.

Build a Lunch-Box Program Around the Meal

The current collection contains hinged boxes and separate-lid trays, including two-, three- and five-compartment tray references. Decide whether the kitchen needs an attached lid or a separate component at the packing station. Keep that construction, the compartment layout and the model code on the order line.

The existing cornstarch lunch-box product reference can help identify an item; use the clamshell format guide for hinge and geometry comparisons.

Compare Published Divided Lunch-Box Formats

BLT-650-3C650ml, three compartments235 × 152 × 53300 sets/carton
BLT-1000-3C1000ml, three compartments250 × 188 × 45200 sets/carton

These are named examples from Bioleader’s published tray table, not interchangeable boxes or a promise of equal compartment volumes. Reconfirm the matching lid and current set contents. The two 650ml formats illustrate why the same nominal volume can have a different layout, footprint and carton quantity.

Allocate the Meal Before Choosing Total Capacity

Write a component map

List the main food, each side, any sauce and utensils before testing the tray. Allocate the actual portion to each compartment; check bulky foods and toppings against the lid. Compartment walls organize a meal but do not establish a liquid-tight seal between sections. Evaluate wet components separately in the intended transport routine.

A one-compartment meal may not need a divided tray. Choose the least complicated approved layout that serves the menu, rather than adding compartments simply because they are available.

Food-Use and Material Documents

Tell Bioleader the food, filling temperature, holding time and delivery routine. Request the current food-contact and material documents for the chosen body and lid. Any biodegradability or compostability claim needs its own applicable evidence; it does not establish reheating performance or suitability for every meal.

Calculate Boxes, Lids and Cartons for Each Run

Count complete meals and components

Forecast the meals packed in each model, then count lids where supplied separately. Use the current carton unit to convert the forecast into cartons; set any spare allowance from your own service history. Do not apply one model’s sets-per-carton figure to a different compartment layout.

The wholesale container assortment guide covers orders spanning several formats. Add model, destination, packing and required timing to each lunch-box line.

Approve the Packed Meal for Repeat Supply

Trial a complete packed meal through filling, closure, stacking, carrying and opening. Bioleader can organize the bulk quotation around the approved model and matching lid, quantities by model, carton unit and packing requirement. Keep the approved sample and portion map with this repeat-order specification so replenishment refers to the same meal package. Include the destination and any branding request—article, label, sleeve or carton—then agree the available method and order terms for that model.

For a service set beyond the lunch box, compare the disposable dinnerware service guide. Material questions belong with the bioplastic food-container specification guide; manufacturer sample and inspection requests are covered by the food-container manufacturing and supply guide.

Bulk Lunch-Box Purchasing FAQ

How should a bulk lunch-box layout be selected?
Map the actual meal components and portion sizes, then trial them in the selected model. Compare the compartment layout, usable space, lid clearance and packing sequence rather than choosing by total capacity alone.

Are the two 650ml tray formats interchangeable?
No. The published table lists BLT-650-2C as a two-compartment tray at 237 × 150 × 40mm and BLT-650-3C as a three-compartment tray at 235 × 152 × 53mm, with different carton quantities.

Does a divider guarantee that sauces cannot cross compartments?
No. Assess the actual food, compartment height, lid fit and handling conditions on a loaded sample. Compartment count alone does not establish liquid-tight separation.

What information supports a repeat lunch-box order?
Keep the model, matching lid, portion map, approved sample, carton contents, quantities and agreed inspection points. Review changes to the food, layout or components before repeat supply.
