2. Production Process: Paper Pulp Molding

The process of making divided paper plates includes one more step, which is the paper pulp molding of the material into strong and trustworthy plates shaped appropriately , biodegradable plate. The process starts in the same way for all types of plates, which is by converting sugarcane bagasse into pulp, and this pulp is then used to make divided paper plates on a hydraulic machine. This ensures that the plates are sturdy, leak-free, and oil-resistant, making them suited for several food items. The temperature treatment that is given to the pulp molded paper plates after pouring out food content is at very high temperatures to ensure it is safe for consumption so that they turn out to be a green product for the buyers.
