Strong Kraft Carrier Bags with Handles for Shopping, Cafés & Takeaway Service
Bioleader® offers kraft carrier bags with handles for boxed meals, café purchases and retail goods. Choose the handle construction together with the bag’s opened base, side depth and usable height, then test the actual loaded sample. The kraft paper bag collection provides product references for comparison. A paper weight or the word “strong” does not establish an allowable carrying weight for every bag, attachment or service route.

Choose the Handle and Bag as One Carrying System
Start with what goes inside and how the customer carries it. Note the heaviest intended purchase, the shape of the items, the carrying distance and whether a customer can reach both handles after packing. Bioleader’s handled-bag product information describes twisted and flat paper handle options; confirm the option offered for the selected size and order. For a broader mix of handled and handle-free articles, use the bulk kraft bag assortment guide.

Compare Handle Construction at the Point of Use
| Handle detail | What the buyer checks | What the label does not prove |
|---|---|---|
| Twisted paper handle option | Grip clearance, attachment area and behaviour with the intended load | A universal weight limit or resistance to every handling condition |
| Flat paper handle option | Grip width, fold behaviour and the connection to the bag wall | The same carrying performance as another handle or paper grade |
| Attachment and bag wall | Position, bonding area, paper condition and load transfer during the carry trial | That a visible patch or “reinforced” description guarantees the finished bag |
| Base and side folds | The opened shape around the goods and any concentrated pressure points | That handle selection alone prevents bottom or side failure |
Inspect the bag as a system. A narrow grip, poorly positioned load or container corner can change the result even when two samples use a similar handle.

Read the Bag Footprint Before Choosing a Size
Bioleader’s published table lists handled M (#1) as 130gsm kraft paper, W:210+110, H:270mm, and handled L (#2) as 130gsm, W:210+150, H:270mm. Both list 500 pieces per carton. They share the first width value and height but have different second size values. Confirm the drawing’s gusset/side measurement and usable base before deciding which fits the boxed meal or retail item; the letter size alone is not enough.
Approve Handles with the Intended Loaded Sample
Approve a sample with the intended goods and loaded weight. Open and fill the bag as staff will, lift through the handles, carry it along the proposed route and set it down again. Include the expected holding conditions and any moisture exposure from the packed goods. Check handle access, attachment movement, bag-wall distortion and base condition. Agree what constitutes acceptance for this order; do not substitute an invented kilogram claim or an unrepresentative empty-bag pull.
If the main task includes order assembly and delivery handover, use the takeout bag packing workflow to evaluate the container-and-bag combination.

Place Artwork Around Folds and Handle Attachments
Specify the paper, handle type, attachment arrangement and intended contact before sampling. Distinguish an outer carrier for packaged goods from a bag touching food directly. Request relevant documentation for that article and use. Ask Bioleader to match inspection points to the approved sample, including dimensions, base formation, handle position, attachment appearance and print registration. Paper colour or a shared certificate image cannot establish those conditions for every bag.

Specify Paper, Contact and Inspection Requirements
Keep the approved bag drawing and handle construction with the load-trial record, paper specification and artwork revision. Indicate the printed faces and keep important information clear of creases, seams and attachment areas. Ask Bioleader to confirm packing, quantities, sample approval and order schedule against that selected construction. If the handle, paper or dimensions change on a repeat order, review the loaded sample again rather than carrying forward the old trial result.

Handled Kraft Carrier Bag Questions
Compare the options offered for the selected bag with the intended loaded sample. Check grip access and comfort, attachment behaviour, bag-wall condition and the route over which the purchase will be carried.
No. Paper weight is one material specification. The finished result also depends on bag dimensions, base, handle type, attachment and loading conditions. Request and evaluate the selected construction.
The published handled M and L references both list H:270mm and a first width value of 210mm, but their second size values are 110 and 150mm. Confirm the drawing and opened base to understand that difference.
Use the actual goods and intended loaded weight. Fill, lift, carry and set down the bag under the proposed conditions. Record handle access, attachment movement, distortion and base condition against agreed acceptance points.
Provide artwork on the selected dieline and identify handle attachments, folds and seams. Agree the usable print area and review the result on the actual paper before approving the order.
Review the carrying trial when the bag dimensions, paper, handle construction, attachment or intended contents change. Keep the approved reference and current order specification together.
