A escolha entre eles tamb\u00e9m parece depender da disponibilidade, uma vez que tanto a loi\u00e7a de amido de milho como a loi\u00e7a de baga\u00e7o de cana (baga\u00e7o) s\u00e3o amplamente utilizadas. Todo o ciclo come\u00e7a com o cultivo e a colheita do milho, que \u00e9 depois processado para extrair o amido. Este processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser dividido em dois tipos: moldagem por v\u00e1cuo e moldagem por inje\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inspe\u00e7\u00e3o e embalagem:<\/strong> Os ap\u00f3s a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de a\u00e7\u00facar de cana \u00e9 muito adequada para a moldagem de pasta de papel devido ao seu elevado teor de fibras longas, semelhantes \u00e0 pasta de madeira e \u00e0 pasta de bambu. As mat\u00e9rias-primas s\u00e3o limpas, desinfectadas, embebidas e transformadas em folhas de cart\u00e3o de pasta de cana-de-a\u00e7\u00facar, que s\u00e3o secas e f\u00e1ceis de transportar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Polpa\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong> O baga\u00e7o limpo \u00e9 transformado em pasta, muitas vezes atrav\u00e9s de um processo mec\u00e2nico que quebra as fibras.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Moldagem, prensagem a quente e modela\u00e7\u00e3o: <\/strong>A polpa \u00e9 ent\u00e3o moldada nos formatos desejados usando moldes. O procedimento de moldagem usa compress\u00e3o e calor para moldar o material de polpa de acordo com o molde formado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Corte de arestas:<\/strong> Utilize um molde de aparar separado para cortar e aparar os bordos dos utens\u00edlios de mesa, obtendo assim uma forma limpa e completa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inspe\u00e7\u00e3o e embalagem:<\/strong> Os produtos acabados
