Sia i ristoranti che i consumatori sono sempre pi\u00f9 interessati alla compostabilit\u00e0 delle loro confezioni da asporto, spinti dalla crescente consapevolezza dell'inquinamento da plastica e delle sfide legate alla gestione dei rifiuti. Ma con tante affermazioni sulla compostabilit\u00e0, i contenitori da asporto sono davvero in grado di decomporsi naturalmente senza danneggiare l'ambiente?<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"728\" data-end=\"783\">Capire la compostabilit\u00e0 dei contenitori da trasporto<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"785\" data-end=\"1245\">Per capire se i contenitori per il trasporto sono compostabili, \u00e8 importante comprendere il significato di compostabilit\u00e0. I contenitori compostabili devono scomporsi in elementi naturali in un ambiente di compostaggio entro un determinato periodo di tempo - di solito da 90 a 180 giorni - senza lasciare residui nocivi. Questi contenitori differiscono in modo significativo dai contenitori semplicemente \"biodegradabili\", che possono decomporsi ma non necessariamente restituiscono all'ambiente sostanze nutritive
