Esaminiamo sia le ciotole in carta <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bioleaderpack.com\/it\/tendenza-imballaggi-in-carta-2025\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"3229\">kraft che quelle in plastica<\/a> utilizzando cinque fasi LCA:<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3235\" data-end=\"3263\">1. Approvvigionamento delle materie prime<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"3265\" data-end=\"3702\">\n<li data-start=\"3265\" data-end=\"3519\">\n<p data-start=\"3267\" data-end=\"3519\"><strong data-start=\"3267\" data-end=\"3282\">Carta kraft<\/strong>: Realizzati con legno proveniente da foreste gestite in modo responsabile (certificate FSC) o da flussi di fibra riciclata. Gli alberi assorbono anidride carbonica durante la crescita, contribuendo a un'impronta di carbonio netta zero o addirittura negativa quando approvvigionati in modo sostenibile.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3523\" data-end=\"3702\">\n<p data-start=\"3525\" data-end=\"3702\"><strong data-start=\"3525\" data-end=\"3536\">Plastica<\/strong>: Derivati da combustibili fossili. La trivellazione del petrolio, la raffinazione e la produzione di monomeri emettono elevate quantit\u00e0 di gas serra, e il processo di estrazione disturba gli ecosistemi terrestri e acquatici.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"3704\" data-end=\"3732\">2. Processo di produzione<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"3734\" data-end=\"4056\">\n<li data-start=\"3734\" data-end=\"3883\">\n<p data-start=\"3736\" data-end=\"3883\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bioleaderpack.com\/it\/a-cosa-serve-la-carta-kraft-negli-imballaggi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong data-start=\"3736\" data-end=\"3751\">Carta kraft<\/strong><\/a>: Richiede la spappolatura e la pressatura a caldo a temperature relativamente basse. Il consumo energetico \u00e8 significativamente inferiore rispetto allo stampaggio della plastica.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3885\" data-end=\"4056\">\n<p data-start=\"3887\" data-end=\"4056\"><strong data-start=\"3887\" data-end=\"3898\">Plastica<\/strong>: Richiede polimerizzazione, pellettizzazione e stampaggio a iniezione ad alta temperatura. La produzione di PS e PET rilascia COV tossici e richiede 2-3 volte pi\u00f9 energia.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"4058\" data-end=\"4093\">3. Trasporto e imballaggio<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"4095\" data-end=\"4409\">\n<li data-start=\"4095\" data-end=\"4281\">\n<p data-start=\"4097\" data-end=\"4281\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bioleaderpack.com\/it\/prodotto\/insalatiere-compostabili-in-carta-kraft-produttore-di-ciotole-per-alimenti-bioleader\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ciotole in kraft<\/a> tendono a essere pi\u00f9 leggeri (per volume cubico) e <strong data-start=\"4151\" data-end=\"4176\">si impilano in modo pi\u00f9 efficiente<\/strong>, portando a <strong data-start=\"4189\" data-end=\"4218\">minori emissioni da trasporto<\/strong>. I loro design quadrati o impilabili ottimizzano l'utilizzo del carico.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4283\" data-end=\"4409\">\n<p data-start=\"4285\" data-end=\"4409\">Le ciotole di plastica sono pi\u00f9 dense e spesso imballate con spazi d'aria, portando a maggiori emissioni di CO\u2082 legate al trasporto per 10.000 unit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"4411\" data-end=\"4427\">4. Fase di utilizzo<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"4429\" data-end=\"4661\">\n<li data-start=\"4429\" data-end=\"4661\">\n<p data-start=\"4431\" data-end=\"4661\">Entrambi i materiali funzionano bene per la conservazione degli alimenti a breve termine. Tuttavia, le ciotole in kraft hanno il fascino aggiuntivo di <strong data-start=\"4534\" data-end=\"4571\">calore tattile, aspetto rustico<\/strong>, e una percezione di \u201cpulizia\u201d, che pu\u00f2 migliorare l'esperienza del cliente e la percezione del marchio.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"4663\" data-end=\"4691\">5. Trattamento a fine vita<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"4693\" data-end=\"5072\">\n<li data-start=\"4693\" data-end=\"4867\">\n<p data-start=\"4695\" data-end=\"4867\"><strong data-start=\"4695\" data-end=\"4704\">Kraft<\/strong>: Compostabili (domestico o industriale), riciclabili (se non rivestite) o incenerite con minori emissioni di tossine. Nelle giuste condizioni, il kraft si decompone in 60-90 giorni.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4871\" data-end=\"5072\">\n<p data-start=\"4873\" data-end=\"5072\"><strong data-start=\"4873\" data-end=\"4884\">Plastica<\/strong>: PET e PP sono tecnicamente riciclabili ma richiedono una separazione pulita e spesso finiscono in discarica. L'EPS \u00e8 <strong data-start=\"4989\" data-end=\"5007\">non riciclabile<\/strong>, e la maggior parte degli imballaggi in plastica impiega <strong data-start=\"5042\" data-end=\"5071\">400-1000 anni per degradarsi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"5074\" data-end=\"5077\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"5079\" data-end=\"5138\">\ud83d\udcca Kraft vs. Plastica: Riepilogo delle emissioni
