Approvisionnement en amidon de ma\u00efs<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Le processus commence par l'approvisionnement en grains de ma\u00efs, principalement dans les r\u00e9gions o\u00f9 la production de ma\u00efs est abondante.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Choisir le bon type de ma\u00efs<\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Toutes les vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de ma\u00efs ne conviennent pas \u00e0 la production de vaisselle. Transformer l'amidon de ma\u00efs en bioplastique<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>L'amidon de ma\u00efs purifi\u00e9 est soumis \u00e0 des processus chimiques et m\u00e9caniques qui le transforment en un mat\u00e9riau mall\u00e9able.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Processus de fermentation<\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Par fermentation, l'amidon de ma\u00efs est converti en acide polylactique (PLA), un type de bioplastique. Cette \u00e9tape fait appel \u00e0 des enzymes et \u00e0 des micro-organismes pour d\u00e9composer l'amidon en acide lactique, qui est ensuite polym\u00e9ris\u00e9 en PLA.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Avantages du PLA dans la production de vaisselle<\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><strong>Durabilit\u00e9 :<\/strong> Le PLA offre une r\u00e9sistance comparable \u00e0 celle du plastique traditionnel.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><strong>R\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la chaleur :<\/strong> L'am\u00e9lioration du traitement permet au PLA de r\u00e9sister \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es, ce qui le rend id\u00e9al pour les aliments chauds et froids.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" style=\"height: 30px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
